Monday–Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Private rentals are available after business hours or during business hours for an additional fee.

Events with more than 80 guests can utilize both our indoor café and outdoor patio.
Cafe Area
Our cafe has plenty of space for you to utilize. You are welcome to move chairs and tables around as needed.
Outdoor Patio
Our spacious outdoor patio is one of the highlights of Old Pine. Surrounded by warm string lights and a relaxed atmosphere, it's the perfect place for guests to gather, socialize, and enjoy the evening.

Your rental includes:

Exclusive use of the coffee shop after business hours

An Old Pine team member on-site to assist with setup, cleanup, and closing the shop
Additional Options
Early Closure During Business Hours
If you'd like to reserve the shop before closing, an additional $100 per business hour will be added to the rental fee to cover lost business.
Espresso Bar Service
Keep the espresso bar open during your event for an additional $60 to provide a dedicated barista for handcrafted drinks.
Drink purchases can be handled in either of two ways:

Guests purchase their own drinks individually.

Host Tab: The event host covers all beverage purchases, and a single tab is settled at the end of the event.
Frequently asked questions
Can we move the furniture?
Absolutely! You're welcome to rearrange tables and chairs to best fit your event. We simply ask that all furniture be returned to its original layout before your event concludes.
Can we decorate?
Yes! We encourage you to personalize the space for your event.
To help us keep the café in great condition, we ask that you do not use:
- Nails, screws, or staples
- Permanent adhesives or tape that may damage walls or furniture
- Glitter or confetti
If you're unsure about a decoration, just ask—we're happy to help!
Can we bring outside food?
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own food and deserts.
Do you provide ice?
Yes. We have an ice maker available to provide plenty of ice for your event.
Can we have alcohol at our event?
Yes. Alcohol may be permitted for private events in accordance with Old Pine Coffee’s Alcohol Policy. The event host will be required to review and sign the policy before the event.
Do you have refrigerator space for food and drinks?
Yes. Limited refrigerator space is available for storing food, desserts, or beverages during your event. Please let us know ahead of time if you'll need refrigerator space so we can plan accordingly.
Can I play my own music?
Yes. We can play it through the café speakers or you're welcome to bring a small Bluetooth speaker for your event.
