Our Team
We’re a close-knit team, passionate about what we do and committed to the vision of Old Pine. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where every guest feels at home.
Owners Tommy and Tatiana Dominguez remain hands-on in the day-to-day operations. You’ll often find Tommy roasting coffee beans in the back, while Tatiana crafts each pastry in-house with care.
Our Story
What began as a small roasting hobby in 2014 soon grew into something much larger. By 2017, Tommy’s passion had evolved into a business — selling freshly roasted beans from his garage and serving coffee through a mobile espresso bar at farmers markets and local events across Jonesboro, Arkansas.
After more than a decade in Jonesboro, Tommy and his family relocated to Fayetteville, where they opened Old Pine’s first permanent location in early 2020.
The name Old Pine is a nod to the loblolly pines of Tommy’s Arkansas roots — a lasting symbol of home, memory, and endurance that continues to inspire everything we do.
Our Space
Tucked beside the Mud Creek Trail and next to Phat Tire Bike Shop, Old Pine is perfectly situated for anyone looking to take a breather. We welcome walkers, runners, and cyclists to stop in, recharge, and enjoy a cup of coffee along the way.
Inside, you’ll find a warm, spacious setting with two bar areas, plenty of tables for groups, and a cozy reading nook for those seeking a quieter spot.
When the weather is right, our outdoor seating offers the perfect place to relax and soak in the fresh air.
